The process
Five steps
Book or request a quote
Pick a day and time on our booking page, or call or text David or Hayes. Tell us what needs to go and where it is. Photos help but are not required.
We confirm
You get a confirmation by email if you gave one, and we call or text before we arrive so you know we are on the way.
We look it over and quote it
When we get there we walk the job with you and give a free, no-pressure quote. You know the price before anything is loaded. If it is not for you, there is no charge.
We load and haul
Our crew does all the lifting, carrying, and loading. We take it away so you do not have to rent a truck or make a trip to the dump.
Space cleared
We leave the space cleared out and you pay when the job is done. We take cash, check, Venmo, and Cash App.
Before we arrive
Getting ready
- Point out everything that is going, so nothing you want to keep is hauled by mistake.
- Make sure we can get to it. A clear path to the door or driveway saves time.
- Tell us about anything unusual, like chemicals, paint, or very heavy items, so we can plan.
- You do not need to be home for every job. Tell us what works and we will figure it out.
