When you fill out our quote form we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address (optional), job address, the kind of service you need, a preferred date (optional), and a description of what needs to be removed. If you call or text us, we keep the contact details and notes about your job.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your request, give you a quote, schedule and complete your job, and follow up about it. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.
Where it is kept
Quote requests are stored in a private customer management system that only the owners and the team that maintains it (ForgeFlow KC) can access. We use trusted service providers to host this website and our system and to send email notifications, and they only process information on our behalf.
Our client portal and Google sign-in
The owners of Don't Worry Junk Removal use a private client portal. People who sign in to the portal use Google Sign-In. We only receive the name and email address on the Google account, and we use them only to confirm the person is allowed to use the portal. We do not access other Google data such as contacts, files, or email.
How long we keep it
We keep job and customer records for as long as we need them to run the business and answer questions about past jobs. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking. The private client portal uses a cookie to keep signed-in users signed in.
